 Recruitment Administrator With English and French 

Location: Gdańsk

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting recruitmentteams from administrative perspective; It would include uploading jobs on the system, capturing candidates` applications, placing vacancies on job boards etc.
  • Managing incoming interview scheduling, re-scheduling and cancellation requests (face to face interview, video conference, telephone interview, assessment centres). It would include scheduling outlook appointments; booking meeting rooms, updating the system.
  • Proactively manage the customers’ needs and expectations by working directly with the client and recruitment agencies.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationshipsbetween all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.
  • Compiling weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Providing on-going support for candidates and the recruitment teams.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Very good English and French– both verbal and written (C1 level)
  • Strong customer and client orientation skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational, problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Pro-active and positive approach
  • Team player

Location: Gdańsk

Your aim as a Resource Specialist is to get to know your client and their working culture inside out. To get right under the skin of their business and build up a truly detailed picture. One that allows you to identify exactly what their resourcing needs are and to create imaginative sourcing strategies to answer them. And not just for today, but for tomorrow too.

  • Facilitating the interview and selection process
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling
  • Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand
  • Identify process improvements
  • Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Position Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience in searching for candidates, managing recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
